Tualatin Oregon Music
Stumptown DJs is a full-service DJ and entertainment company located in the heart of Portland. We are proud to announce the launch of YMP, the first live music program of its kind in Portland, Oregon. Launched in 2012 in a touring car, it has since evolved from a travelling music festival to a permanent home at one of the city's most popular music festivals, the Portland Music Festival.
In 2016, YMP offered music lessons to over 2,000 students, 38% of whom attended free lessons. In addition to a full-time program for students in grades 3 to 12, it also offers a wide range of music lessons for adults and students of all ages.
YMP believes that music is crucial to a child's development and that all children deserve access to high-quality musical experiences. The Youth Music Project is a non-profit organisation dedicated to giving young people the opportunity to offer free music lessons, music education and musical performance opportunities. Since 1991, this unique event has provided children and their families with a unique opportunity to experience music in an entertaining, interactive, creative and educational way.
